In the course of an interview, questions arise which are no longer of interest. This is because answers to earlier questions have already given the wanted information. Can I prevent this with EQUIP®?
Yes! A large advantage of computer-assisted interviewing and/or online surveys is the dynamic organization of the questionnaire. This becomes possible by so-called skips and complex branching. Branching means that the course of the survey is controlled by the answers given by the participant. So you can branch out a study on advertising effectiveness, as the case may be that the participant remembers either a radio or a TV Spot. With EQUIP® you provide skips and complex branching at a mouse-click.
Which formats does EQUIP® support for the output of data?
The output of your study accomplished with EQUIP® occurs as a file, e.g. in SPSS format. In doing so, EQUIP® automatically labels the variables and data. This is a special alleviation which substantially accelerates data analysis and evaluation. In addition, you have the possibility to provide for an all-purpose use of the data by putting it out in the .csv format. Beyond that EQUIP® Merge provides a fast overview of quotas etc. with frequency tables and diagrams, which can already be accessed as the survey is still in progress.
